Corrections
If a licence number or a live-studio note is wrong, this is the route
We would rather fix a sentence than defend it. We will not mediate a dispute with an operator about your account. That still goes to the operator, then to their Alternative Dispute Resolution body if needed.
What to send so we can verify the point
- The exact URL on chipandfelt.com.
- The sentence you believe is wrong, copied verbatim.
- A source we can open: UKGC register, operator terms, or a dated help article on the operator's own domain.
Email editorial@chipandfelt.com with the subject line "Correction". Do not attach ID documents.
What happens next
If the source checks out, we edit the page and update the "last checked" line where it sits on an operator profile. If the source does not support the change, we will say so in the reply. There is no appeals board and no public docket of past complaints.
What this page is not for
Bonus complaints, blocked accounts, verification delays and game results are operator matters. We can only check whether our description of that operator still matches public records. For safer-gambling help, go to responsible gambling, not this inbox.
